The following Terms and Conditions apply to the use of this website as well as all transactions conducted through the site.

Allen Datagraph Systems, LLC’s (ADSI) use of personal information that you may submit to ADSI through this website is governed by the ADSI Privacy Policy which can be displayed by clicking here.

Shipping & Delivery

All items shipped FOB Salem, NH via UPS, FedEx (customer choice), or freight. Standard delivery for US and Canada shipments is 4-7 days. We cannot ship to PO boxes.

Return Policy

ALL EQUIPMENT SALES ARE FINAL. Returns for repair or replacement must have written authorization given by ADSI prior to return of equipment described above. All returns must be accompanied by an RMA number issued by authorized ADSI personnel. The RMA number MUST appear on the shipping box. Shipments returned without prior authorization and proper documentation will be refused upon arrival at our loading dock. This and any other contract between the parties shall be governed by the laws of the state of New Hampshire without regard to conflicts of law principles. Any proceedings shall take place in a court of appropriate jurisdiction in Rockingham County, New Hampshire. Deposits for equipment are non-refundable unless specifically noted. If the customer issues a purchase order form, it is expressly understood and agreed that the terms and conditions herein set forth shall prevail insofar as the same may in any way conflict with the terms and conditions set forth in such purchase order.

Parts can be returned in new salable condition with a 20% restocking fee.

ADSI MAKES NO EXPRESS OR IMPLIED WARRANTIES, WHETHER FOR MERCHANTABILITY OR FITNESS FOR ANY PARTICULAR PURPOSE OR OTHERWISE. ADSI SHALL NOT BE LIABLE FOR ANY DAMAGES, COSTS OR EXPENSES OF ANY KIND, NOR ANY INCIDENTAL OR CONSEQUENTIAL DAMAGES.

THE WARRANTY REFERRED TO ABOVE IS EXCLUSIVE AND IN LIEU OF ANY OTHER EXPRESS OR IMPLIED WARRANTIES INCLUDING THE IMPLIED WARRANTIES OF MERCHANTABILITY AND FITNESS FOR A PARTICULAR PURPOSE AND SHALL CONSTITUTE THE SOLE REMEDY OF THE CUSTOMER WITH RESPECT TO ANY PRODUCTS DELIVERED PURSUANT TO THIS AGREEMENT. THIS WARRANTY SHALL BE OF NO FORCE AND EFFECT IF THE PRODUCTS ARE SUBJECTED TO ACCIDENT, MISUSE, ABUSE, ALTERATIONS, OR NEGLIGENT OPERATION. ADSI SHALL NOT BE, IN ANY EVENT, RESPONSIBLE FOR SPECIAL, CONSEQUENTIAL OR INCIDENTAL DAMAGES (INCLUDING WITHOUT LIMITATION, DAMAGES FOR LOST PROFITS) INCURRED BY CUSTOMER, ITS CUSTOMERS, OR ANY OTHER THIRD PARTIES, EVEN IF ADSI HAS NOTICE OF SUCH DAMAGES.
